Delete your account

You can delete your Haul Sheet account and data at any time.

Using the app with no account?

If you never turned on online sync, your data is only on your phone, and we don't have it. To delete it, open Haul Sheet, go to More, then Settings, then Erase everything, or just delete the app.

Option 1: In the app

Open Haul Sheet and go to More, then Online sync.
Tap Delete my account.
Read what will be deleted, then confirm. If you're a fleet owner, you'll be asked to type the fleet name to confirm.

Option 2: By email

From the email address on your account, email support@haulsheet.org with the subject "Delete my account".
Drivers who sign in without an email: send your fleet code, truck number and name, or ask your fleet owner to remove you.
We'll confirm it's you, then delete your account and confirm by email, usually within 7 days and always within 30.

What gets deleted

You are	What happens
Owner-operator or fleet owner	Your account, your fleet, and all its records, photos, drivers, invites and server backups are deleted. Export a backup first (More, then Backups, then Export backup) if you want to keep a copy.
Co-owner or office account	Your login and personal details are deleted. The fleet's business records stay with the fleet owner.
Driver	Your login and personal details are deleted. Loads and time cards you entered are the fleet's business records and stay with the fleet owner unless the owner deletes them.

Data is removed from the live database within 30 days, and from nightly backups as they expire (within about 14 more days). Feedback you sent can be deleted too. Just ask. Some records may be kept if the law requires it. See the Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions are separate. Deleting your account doesn't cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it in iPhone Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions, so you aren't charged again.
