You just drive. We handle everything else.
All your paperwork, right in your hand. For all types of trucking: log, highway and OTR, regional, flatbed, reefer, dump, tanker and local. Owner-operators and fleets.
Tracks on-road and off-road miles. Miles on logging roads and private roads can matter for fuel tax refunds and weight-mile and highway use taxes.
Time cards, ticket scanning, pay statements, expenses and profit by truck. Works with no signal.
iPhone app. From $4.99 a month with a 1-month free trial. Drivers in a fleet always use it free.

Less paper. Fewer missed loads. Know your numbers.
Haul Sheet does the paperwork you already do: the time card, the tickets, checking the statement and keeping track of costs. You don't have to change how you run.

Scan the ticket, and the load fills in
- Take a photo of the logger's receipt and the mill's scale ticket. They're matched by BOL into one load.
- Gross, tare, net, tons, ticket number, scale times and wait time are read off the photo. You check every number before it saves.
- Pay by the ton, by scale weight, or flat per load. Fuel surcharge is kept separate.
- Rate not set yet? Save the load as rate pending. When the rate comes in, apply it to all the waiting loads at once.
- Reading tickets happens on the phone, so it works up on the landing with no signal.

A weekly time card that matches the paper one
- Begin and end odometer, start and end time, total hours, loaded at, delivered to.
- Loaded and empty miles by state, fuel by state, travel miles, per diem (change any day's amount), and notes.
- The truck number can change each day, so the miles stay with the right truck.
- Start day fills in your beginning odometer from the truck's last ending miles, and warns you if miles go missing between shifts.
- Missed a few days? Fill in past weeks day by day. Share the time card as a PDF.

Check every pay statement
- Import the settlement spreadsheet (.xlsx or .csv). Haul Sheet learns each payer's columns.
- Lines are matched to your loads by ticket, date, truck and tons. Short tons and missing loads get flagged.
- Split by truck automatically. Apply it to mark loads paid and fill in pending rates.

Expenses, profit and tax time
- Enter expenses daily, weekly or monthly. Scan the receipt or type it in.
- Insurance, truck payments and other fixed bills repeat on their own.
- Profit & loss by week, month, quarter or year, for each truck and the whole business, plus cost per mile and profit per load.
- Quarterly and year-end reports with expenses sorted by tax category, per diem days and miles by state. Export them as a PDF or spreadsheet for your accountant.
- IFTA for all US states and Canadian provinces.
- Weight-mile and highway use tax reports for every state that has one: Oregon weight-mile, New York HUT, Kentucky KYU, New Mexico weight-distance, and Connecticut highway use fee. Off-road miles are taken out. Optional GPS miles by state fill in the miles for you.
Haul Sheet organizes your records. It doesn't file taxes and isn't tax advice.

Fleets: drivers on their own phones, pay kept private
- Drivers sign in free with a fleet code, their truck number, their name and a passcode you give them. No email needed.
- You decide what each driver can see and do. Pay is hidden by default, and our server never sends a driver's phone the dollar amounts unless you allow it.
- Invite co-owners (full access) and office accounts for your bookkeeper, with switches you control.
- Offline first: everything saves on the phone and syncs when it gets signal. The owner's screen updates live.
- Nightly backups, plus a backup file you can export any time.
Also in the app
- Fuel card and cardlock bills
- Maintenance reminders
- Document expiry alerts
- Oversize and overweight permits
- Pre-trip inspections (DVIR)
- Driver pay stubs
- Invoicing
- Accountant / QuickBooks export

Questions
How much does it cost?
Owner-operators pay $4.99 a month. Fleets pay $9.99 a month for up to 2 trucks, $19.99 for up to 5, $34.99 for up to 10, $59.99 for up to 20, or $99.99 for unlimited trucks (more than 20). Drivers who join a fleet are always free. Every paid plan starts with a 1-month free trial, and early subscribers keep their launch price for as long as they stay subscribed. You pay through your Apple ID and can cancel any time.
Does it work with no cell signal?
Yes. Everything saves on the phone first, including ticket scanning. If you use online sync, changes go up as soon as the phone gets signal again.
Is it only for log trucks?
No. It works for all types of trucking: log, highway and OTR, regional, flatbed, reefer, dump, tanker and local. Pick a type for each truck and the app uses the right words: landing and mill for log trucks, shipper and consignee for everyone else. Highway pay types (per mile, percent of line haul, hourly, detention and extra pay) and rate con, BOL and POD scanning are in the app.
Does it track off-road miles?
Yes. Enter the miles you drive on logging roads and private roads for each load or day, split out by state, apart from your on-road miles. Off-road miles can matter for fuel tax refunds and weight-mile and highway use taxes. Or turn on GPS miles: the app counts miles in each state while you're on the clock, and you flip the off-road switch when you turn onto a logging road.
Can my drivers see what I get paid?
Not unless you allow it. Pay, rates, statements and profit are off for drivers by default. With online sync, the server checks these permissions, so a driver's phone never receives the amounts.
Do I need an account?
Owner-operators don't. The app works on your phone by itself. You only make an account (an email address and password) to sync between phones, run a fleet or turn on online backup. Drivers in a fleet sign in with a fleet code instead of an email.
Does the app know my odometer and miles?
You type the beginning odometer the first time. After that, each day starts from the truck's last ending miles, and you only change it if your dash says something different. If you turn on GPS miles (optional), the app counts your miles in each state while you're on the clock. Your route is never saved or uploaded.
Will it do my taxes?
No. It keeps your income, expenses, receipts, per diem days and miles organized, and makes quarterly and year-end reports to hand your accountant. It also makes fuel tax reports: IFTA for all US states and Canadian provinces, and weight-mile and highway use tax reports for every state that has one: Oregon weight-mile, New York HUT, Kentucky KYU, New Mexico weight-distance, and Connecticut highway use fee. Nothing gets filed for you, so check them before you file.
Is there an Android version?
iPhone comes first. Android is planned. Join the waitlist and say you use Android.
Who can see my data?
You, plus the people you add to your fleet, with the access you give them. We don't sell your data, and the app has no ads or ad trackers. Read the Privacy Policy for the details.
How do I cancel or delete my account?
Cancel the subscription in iPhone Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. To delete your account and data, follow the delete-account steps.
